Hiring Associate Attorney

Hybrid Position

Virginia Licensed

The Associate Attorney with 1-4 years experience will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in Real Estate Law, Fiduciary Litigation, Probate, Business Law and general Civil Litigation.

The role also involves utilizing skills to resolve disputes and ensure favorable outcomes for clients.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proficiency in Law, with a specialization or experience in Virginia Real Estate Law / Business Law and/or General Civil Litigation.
  • Effective Research abilities to prepare case strategies and legal documentation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Active membership in the VA State Bar Association
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently
  • 1-4 years experience preferred
