There is too much that can be said about the diligence and hard work of Brian Gormley. I was introduced to Brian through my realtor and Brian walked me through my options to avoid foreclosure. He set expectations of the steps of the short sale process and the expectations I should expect from him. Not only did he deliver on all expectations, he exceeded them! I’ve heard stories of the lender taking a long time to approve the short sale, however with the pressure of Brian, the approval was prompt. The first offer the bank provided was not acceptable and Brian went back to the bank to negotiate a better price and we got an offer! I know Brian has a lot on his plate and it always felt like he was always accessible. I never had to call Brian more than once for an update and always felt reassured and at ease after speaking with him. Brian has set the bar high on how someone should run their business.
